Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between PETIGO (services@petigo.fr) and anyone making a purchase on petigo.fr.

2. Products and Subscriptions

PETIGO offers monthly subscriptions (surprise boxes) for dogs and cats. Each box contains toys, treats, and accessories selected from European suppliers. The content is a surprise and may vary from month to month.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, including VAT. Delivery is included for metropolitan France. PETIGO reserves the right to change its prices with 30 days' notice.

4. Order and Payment

The order is validated upon receipt of payment by secure credit card. The first payment is made upon subscription, then monthly on the anniversary date.

5. No Commitment — Cancellation

The subscription is without commitment. Cancellation from the customer area at any time. Cancellation before the 25th = no payment the following month.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, a 14-day period from receipt of the first box. Contact services@petigo.fr. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

7. Delivery

Shipping between the 1st and 5th of each month, metropolitan France, delivery time 2-5 business days.

8. Complaints

Any complaint to services@petigo.fr within 7 days of receipt. Replacement or refund within 7 business days.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, consumer mediation is available. French law applies.
